Daniel and I eat fish tacos regularly (using fish sticks often) and for our cream sauce I use the following:
ReplyDelete-Just a couple T of mayo
-3/4 C sour cream
-Lime juice instead of lemon juice
-2 tsp cajun seasoning
-Cayenne pepper to taste
Our cajun seasoning has salt in it, so I don't add any extra salt. If you don't have cajun seasoning, maybe add some onion & garlic powder with cayenne pepper. Hope that helps!
THANK YOU!!! i will try that next time!
