Banana Bread

This is from my Grandma...my inspiration for cooking. She is the best cook ever and I love her!

Ingredients:
- 1 stick Butter
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbls Milk
- 3 very ripe bananas
- 2 cups Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- Nuts (Optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a Mixing Bowl beat together butter and sugar until creamy. Beat in eggs 1 at a time then add milk and bananas. Mix until combined. Then sift into a bowl the flour, Baking Powder, Salt and Baking Soda. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Add Nuts and mix.

Spray 2 medium size bread pans (or 4 mini bread pans) with Cooking Spray and bake for 45 minutes or until cooked through

I have to admit I am not the creator for most of these recipes! Most of these come from friends or the Foodnetwork, and other websites. I usually tweak it, but i get them from other sources. THANK YOU OTHER PEOPLE,but please... use them, circulate them, make them your own. Just make sure you give the credit to the right person, which isn't always me!
