Fruity Brownies

 
Chocolate and Strawberries... is there anything better? This one comes from Kraft, and its even yummier than it looks

Ingredients
- 1 pkg Brownie Mix
- 16 oz sour cream
- 1 cup thawed Whipped Topping
- 1 tbsp Powdered Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- Fruit for toppins (Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries... etc)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare brownies as direced on package; stir in 1/2 cup sour cream. Spoon into greesed and floured 9 inch cake pan.

Bake 45 minutes; cool for 10 minutes. remove from pan to wire rack; cool completely.

Mix remaining sour cream, whipped topping, sugar and vanilla in bowl. Cut brownie horizontally in half. Place bottom 1/2 on plate and top with 1/2 of cream mixture. cover with top of brownie and remaining cream mixture and fruit. Store in refrigerator
