Amish Friendship Bread

I always feel good when someone gives me something because I am there friend (especially when its actually called friendship bread... :) I dont know where the original recipe for this came... i just got the recipe with my starter so sorry..... its a secret i guess. When you get the starter it has to sit for 10 days while you have certain instructions for each day, but after all of that this is what you do.

Ingredients:
- Amish Bread Starter
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 lg box vanilla instant pudding mix
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 325 degrees and grease 2 large loaf pans (or 4 small loaf pans).

In a separate bowl mix 1/2 cup sugar and 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon, dust greased pans with half of the mixture. set the rest aside for after bread is cooked.

Pour the Starter into a non metal bowl, add all the above ingredients (not including the mixed cinnamon and sugar) and mix well. Pour into pans and bake for about 1 hour. Cool for 5-10 mins and serve warm.

ITS YUMMY

I have to admit I am not the creator for most of these recipes! Most of these come from friends or the Foodnetwork, and other websites. I usually tweak it, but i get them from other sources. THANK YOU OTHER PEOPLE,but please... use them, circulate them, make them your own. Just make sure you give the credit to the right person, which isn't always me!
