Cheesy Garlic Rolls

Found these babies at Our Best Bites, and i LOVE THEM! they were super easy to make and well worth the wait (which was only like 2 hours and for bread thats not a lot!!!)

Ingredients:
- 1 tbls Yeast
- 1 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 1/2 tbls sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 4-5 1/2 cup flour
- 3 tbls vegetable oil
- 1 egg YOLK
- 1 stick butter
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- 2 cup shredded mozarella cheese

Combine yeast, water, and sugar in large mixing bowl and allow to stand 10 minutes or until bubbly. Add salt, vegetable oil, egg yolk and combine. Add 3 c. flour and mix well until combined. Add enough remaining flour to make a soft dough that barely sticks to your finger. Knead) for another 2-3 minutes. Cover and allow to rise 1 hour.

Soften butter and add a dash of garlic and a small dash of onion powder and mix. you can smell the flavor really well so just add as much as you want. i probably did 1 tsp garlic powder and 1/3 tsp of onion powder... but i didn't measure it :)

After bread has risen, spray table with cooking spray along with your rolling pin and roll out the dough into a long rectangle (about 20 in x 6 in). smear garlic butter over bread and sprinkle cheese on top. Roll like a jelly roll at the long ends so you have a long jelly roll and cut into 12 equal pieces.

Place each roll into a greased cupcake tin and preheat oven to 350 degrees. Let dough rise in tin while preheating. Cook for about 10-12 minutes (or until cheese starts to brown) and cover with tin foil. It doesn't have to be tight, just lay it on top to stop the browning. Cook for an additional 8-10 mins and enjoy!!

I have to admit I am not the creator for most of these recipes! Most of these come from friends or the Foodnetwork, and other websites. I usually tweak it, but i get them from other sources. THANK YOU OTHER PEOPLE,but please... use them, circulate them, make them your own. Just make sure you give the credit to the right person, which isn't always me!
